स आगत्य हठान्मृत्युं त्वत्पुत्रं हंतुमागतम् । गृहीत्वा सुदृढं बद्ध्वा दंडेनाभ्यहनद्रुषा
sa āgatya haṭhānmṛtyuṃ tvatputraṃ haṃtumāgatam | gṛhītvā sudṛḍhaṃ baddhvā daṃḍenābhyahanadruṣā
“Siya’y dumating at, sa lakas, sinunggaban si Kamatayan na dumating upang patayin ang iyong anak; mahigpit na iginapos, at sa galit ay hinampas ng tungkod.”
