गङ्गा तु वैष्णवी मूर्तिः सर्वपापप्रणाशिनी । रुद्रदेहसमुद्भूता नर्मदा चैवमेव तु
gaṅgā tu vaiṣṇavī mūrtiḥ sarvapāpapraṇāśinī | rudradehasamudbhūtā narmadā caivameva tu
Ang Gaṅgā ay tunay na anyo ni Viṣṇu, tagapaglipol ng lahat ng kasalanan. Gayundin ang Narmadā—na sumibol mula sa mismong katawan ni Rudra—ay may gayon ding kapangyarihang pumatay ng kasalanan.
