सर्वेश्वर-परमकारण-निरूपणम् / The Supreme Lord as the Uncaused Cause
कारणानां च यो धाता ध्याता परमकारणम् । न संप्रसूयते ऽन्यस्मात्कुतश्चन कदाचन
kāraṇānāṃ ca yo dhātā dhyātā paramakāraṇam | na saṃprasūyate 'nyasmātkutaścana kadācana
Siya na tagapagtaguyod at tagapag-ayos ng lahat ng mga sanhi, na nagmumuni at namamahala sa Kataas-taasang Sanhi—Siya’y hindi kailanman isinilang mula sa iba pa, saanman, kailanman.

It establishes Shiva (Pati) as the ultimate, independent Reality—supporting all causal chains while Himself remaining uncaused and unborn—so liberation comes by turning awareness from dependent causes (pāśa) to the Lord who transcends them.
The Linga is revered as the sign of the unborn Supreme Cause: by worshipping the Saguna form (Linga with rituals and devotion), the devotee is led to realize the Nirguna truth that Shiva is not produced by any other principle.
Meditate on Shiva as the ‘parama-kāraṇa’ while repeating the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and anchor the contemplation through Linga-pūjā with bhasma and rudrākṣa as reminders of His transcendence over birth and causation.
