तथा परा वै द्विजयोषितश्च नीराजयामासुरथो पुरस्त्रियः । शिवाञ्च शम्भुञ्च विलोकयन्त्योऽवापुर्म्मुदन्तास्सकला महोत्सवम्
tathā parā vai dvijayoṣitaśca nīrājayāmāsuratho purastriyaḥ | śivāñca śambhuñca vilokayantyo'vāpurmmudantāssakalā mahotsavam
Gayundin, ang mga babae ng mga dvija at ang mga babae ng lungsod ay nagsagawa ng ārati sa harapan. Sa pagtanaw kay Śivā at Śambhu, silang lahat ay nagalak at natamo ang ganap na kaganapan ng dakilang pagdiriwang.

It teaches that darśana of Śiva-Śivā, coupled with sincere devotional worship like ārati, fills devotees with auspicious joy and makes the sacred celebration spiritually complete—Bhakti ripens through direct reverent seeing and honoring of the Divine Couple.
The verse highlights Saguna worship—honoring Śiva as Śambhu together with Śivā. In Shaiva Siddhanta, such reverence to the manifest Lord (often approached through Liṅga worship and temple rites like nīrājana) steadies devotion and leads the soul toward the Lord’s grace.
It points to nīrājana/ārati as a devotional practice: approach Śiva with purity, offer light with focused mind, and take darśana. As a meditative takeaway, silently remember the Pañcākṣarī—“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—while beholding the Lord.
