अनुगृह्य समाधिश्च स्वदास्यस्पन्दरूपिणीः । रव्यादिकर्म्मसामर्थ्यरूपाः सिद्धीरनर्गलाः
anugṛhya samādhiśca svadāsyaspandarūpiṇīḥ | ravyādikarmmasāmarthyarūpāḥ siddhīranargalāḥ
Sa pamamagitan ng biyaya, (ipinagkakaloob ni Śiva) ang samādhi, at gayundin ang mga siddhi na walang sagabal—na nahahayag bilang kusang pag-uga ng ganap na pagpapasakop bilang lingkod (bhakti), at bilang mga kakayahan sa mga gawaing tulad ng sa Araw at iba pang kapangyarihang kosmiko.

It teaches that samādhi and siddhis arise primarily from Śiva’s anugraha (grace). In a Shaiva Siddhanta reading, these attainments are fruits of surrender and devotion, while liberation remains the highest aim beyond mere powers.
By emphasizing grace and devotional servitude, the verse aligns with Saguna Śiva worship—such as Linga-upāsanā—where the devotee’s surrender invites Śiva’s bestowal of inner absorption (samādhi) and supportive attainments, without losing sight of Śiva as the supreme Pati.
The practical takeaway is sustained Śiva-bhakti leading into dhyāna and samādhi—supported by regular japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), along with disciplined worship (e.g., bhasma/tripuṇḍra and rudrākṣa where prescribed) while not becoming attached to siddhis.
