In the battle the gold covered arrows fell on their body, dropped out and penetrated into the earth.
The epic’s dharmic lens includes truthful witnessing: the narration does not hide the cost of war, encouraging sober reflection on violence and responsibility.
Arrows strike, draw blood, then fall away and embed in the earth as the duel continues.
Sahiṣṇutā (forbearance): the capacity to bear injury without collapsing in purpose.
