इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
विषण्णवदनंदृष्टवाराक्षसंरावणात्मजे ।सौमित्रिंयुद्धसंयुक्तंप्रत्युवाचविभीषणः ।।6.89.3।।
viṣaṇṇavadanaṃ dṛṣṭvā rākṣasaṃ rāvaṇātmaje |
saumitriṃ yuddhasaṃyuktaṃ pratyuvāca vibhīṣaṇaḥ || 6.89.3 ||
Nang makita ni Vibhīṣaṇa ang anak ni Rāvaṇa sa hanay ng mga rākṣasa, na lugmok ang mukha at nawalan ng sigla, kanyang kinausap si Saumitrī (Lakṣmaṇa), na nakahanda at ganap na nakalubog sa digmaan.
Seeing Ravana's son, pale -faced, Vibheeshana replied as follows to Saumithri who was ready for combat.
