अथेन्द्रजिद्राक्षभूतयेतुजुहावहव्यंविधिनाविधानवित् ।दृष्टवाव्यतिष्ठन्त च राक्षसास्तेमहासमूहेषुसमानयज्ञाः ।।।।
athendrajid rākṣasabhūtaye tu juhāva havyaṃ vidhinā vidhānavit | dṛṣṭvā vyatiṣṭhanta ca rākṣasās te mahāsamūheṣu samānayajñāḥ ||
Pagkaraan, si Indrajit—dalubhasa sa wastong pagsasagawa ng ritwal—ay naghandog ng itinakdang alay sa apoy ayon sa tuntunin; at ang mga rākṣasa, nagkatipon sa malalaking pulutong at nagkakaisa sa yajña, ay tumindig na nagmamasid.
"Return and come in front, close to me and follow me. It is not proper for you to win wars and be praised."
