Transliteration

samīkṣyāpatatas tāṃs tu vānarendrān mahābalān | āvavāra śaraughena nageneva jalāśayam ||

Translation

Nang makita niya ang mga makapangyarihang pinunong Vānara na sumasalakay, pinigil sila ni Kumbha sa siksik na ulang ng mga palaso—gaya ng bundok na humahadlang sa rumaragasang baha.
