लङ्कादाह-प्रचोदनं तथा वानर-राक्षस-समरारम्भः

उल्काहस्सैर्हरिगणैस्सर्वतस्समभिद्रुताः ।।।।आरक्षस्थाविरूपाक्षास्सहसाविप्रदद्रुवुः ।
ulkāhastair harigaṇaiḥ sarvatas samabhidrutāḥ | ārakṣasthā virūpākṣāḥ sahasā vipradadruvuḥ ||
Ang mga pangkat ng Vānara, may hawak na mga sulo, ay sumugod mula sa lahat ng panig; at ang mga Rākṣasang bantay sa tarangkahan, na may pangit na mga mata, ay biglang nagsitakas sa sindak.
