Highly energetic, mighty, and swift Indrajith raining sharp arrows and weapons quickly Devastated the Vanara army.
The verse reinforces that sheer force can ‘crush’ armies, but dharma evaluates action by motive and justice; destructive capability is not equivalent to moral right.
Indrajit escalates the assault into a combined barrage of arrows and other weapons, devastating the Vānara forces.
Swiftness and might (tvarā, bala) are emphasized as battlefield traits, while the epic’s moral frame invites reflection on their rightful use.
