Seeing the Rakshasa army approaching, the monkeys found an opportunity to attack them and collected huge mountains, deadly strong trees in great joy unable to tolerate roared in return.
Dharma is led from the front: rightful leadership enters danger to protect others and to uphold the just cause, rather than demanding sacrifice only from followers.
The vānara commanders begin the direct engagement, charging into the rākṣasa ranks with uplifted stones as weapons.
Leadership and valor—initiative in action, not merely command.
