कुम्भकर्णवधः
The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
ततस्तुरक्षःक्षतजावलिप्तंवित्रासनंदेवमहचमूनाम् ।व्याविध्यतंमुद्गरमुग्रवेगंनिद्रावयामासचमूंम् ।।।।
tatas tu rakṣaḥ kṣatajāvaliptaṃ vitrāsanaṃ devamahācamūnām | vyāvidhya taṃ mudgaram ugravegaṃ nidrāvayām āsa camūm ||
Pagkaraan, ang rākṣasang iyon—nababalutan ng dugo mula sa mga sugat at nakapangingilabot maging sa dakilang hukbo ng mga deva—ay iniikot ang kanyang pamalo sa marahas na bilis at pinanghina, pinatakas, at pinabagsak ang mga hanay ng hukbong vānara.
