Transliteration

yathāgamaṃ ca yo rājā samayaṃ vicikīrṣati |

budhyate sacivān buddhyā suhṛdaś cānupaśyati ||6.63.8||

Translation

Ang haring, ayon sa banal at wastong kaugalian, ay nagnanais kumilos sa tamang sandali—na may pag-unawang matalas sa kanyang mga ministro at laging inaalala ang mga tapat na kaibigan—siya nga ang tunay na nakaaalam ng dapat gawin.
