Transliteration

vānaraiḥ parvatākārair laṅkeyaṃ parivartitā |sītāharaṇasantaptād rāmān nas tumulaṃ bhayam ||

Translation

“Ang Laṅkā na ito’y napaliligiran ng mga vā­nara na tila mga bundok ang anyo; at dahil sa pighating dulot ng pagdukot kay Sītā, isang mabagsik na takot mula kay Rāma ang sumibol sa atin.”
