सीताविलापः—त्रिजटासान्त्वनं च
Sita’s Lament and Trijata’s Consolation
इदंचसुमहचचित्रंशरैःपश्यस्वमैथिलि ।निस्संज्ञावप्युभावेतौनैवलक्ष्मीर्विमुञ्चति ।।।।
idaṃ ca sumahac citraṃ śaraiḥ paśyasva maithili | nissaṃjñāv apy ubhāv etau naiva lakṣmīr vimuñcati ||
At masdan mo rin ang dakilang kababalaghan na ito, O Maithilī: bagama’t kapwa sila nakahandusay na walang malay sa ilalim ng ulang ng mga palaso, hindi sila iniwan ng kanilang ningning.
"O Mythili! Even though both of them have fallen and unconscious under arrows their body splendour has not diminished. You may see."
Dharma is discernment: do not conclude death from mere collapse; observe deeper signs and judge carefully, avoiding rash despair.
