सीताविलापः—त्रिजटासान्त्वनं च
Sita’s Lament and Trijata’s Consolation
ऊचुर्लक्षणिकायेमांपुत्रिण्यविधवेतिच ।तेऽद्यसर्वेहतेरामेज्ञानिनोऽनृतवादिनः ।।।।
ūcur lakṣaṇikā emāṁ putriṇīm avidhaveti ca | te 'dya sarve hate rāme jñānino 'nṛtavādinaḥ ||
Sinabi ng mga manghuhula tungkol sa akin, ‘Magkakaanak siya ng mga lalaki; hindi siya magiging balo.’ Ngunit kung napatay si Rāma ngayon, kung gayon ang lahat ng yaong ‘marurunong’ ay napatunayang mga nagsasalita ng kasinungalingan.
