माल्यवानुपदेशः
Malyavan’s Counsel, Portents in Laṅkā, and the Proposal of Alliance
तेनशङ्खविमिश्रेणभेरीशब्देनराघवः ।उपयातिमहाबाहूरामःपरपुरञ्जयः ।।।।
tena śaṅkha-vimiśreṇa bherī-śabdena rāghavaḥ | upayāti mahābāhū rāmaḥ parapurañjayaḥ |
Sa halong tunog ng kabibe at ugong ng malalakas na tambol, sumulong si Rāma—ang makapangyarihang-bisig na Rāghava, manlulupig ng mga kuta ng kaaway.
The mighty armed Rama, the conqueror of enemy cities, Raghava marched forth with the noise of the blowing of conches and the sounds of drums.
