लङ्कानिरीक्षणं व्यूहविन्यासश्च
Survey of Lanka and Deployment of the Battle Formation
सागरस्येवमेवेगोमारुतस्येवमेगति: ।नहिदाशरथिर्वेदतेनमांयोद्धुमिच्छति ।।।।
sāgarasyeva me vegaḥ mārutasyeva me gatiḥ |
na hi dāśarathir veda tena māṃ yoddhum icchati ||
“Ang aking lakas ay gaya ng pag-alon ng karagatan, at ang aking bilis ay gaya ng Hangin. Hindi ito nalalaman ng anak ni Daśaratha; kaya niya ninanais na makipaglaban sa akin.”
