Nang makita ni Rāvaṇa na hindi natitinag ang mga kabayo, lalo siyang nag-alab sa galit at muling pinakawalan ang mabigat na ulang-palaso.
Ravana used maces, iron bars, discuses, clubs, mountain peaks, trees and also tridents and axes.
Unchecked anger escalates harm. Dharma teaches that failure to accept reality with composure leads to repeated, worsening violence.
Rāvaṇa reacts to the failure of his attack by increasing the intensity of his arrow volleys.
The implied virtue is kṣamā and self-restraint—shown by its absence in Rāvaṇa’s escalating fury.
