Transliteration

siktasammṛṣṭarathyā hi tadahar vanamālinī |

āsīd ayodhyānagarī samucchritagṛhadhvajā ||

Translation

Sa araw na iyon, ang lungsod ng Ayodhyā ay may mga lansangang winisikan ng tubig at lubusang winalis; waring ginayakan ng mga hardin na parang mga kuwintas, at nakatindig na mataas ang mga watawat sa mga bahay.
