Kausalya–Rama Dialogue on Exile-Dharma
At these words of Rama, unshakable in action, auspicious-looking Kausalya, exceedingly pleased said 'Be it so'.
Dharma is affirmed through acceptance: Kauśalyā aligns herself with righteous counsel even when it is emotionally costly.
After hearing Rāma’s instructions about serving Daśaratha, Kauśalyā agrees and signals compliance.
Kauśalyā’s self-restraint and willingness to uphold duty over personal grief.
