Proposal for Rāma’s Installation as Heir-Apparent
युनक्त्यर्थैः प्रहृष्टश्च तमसौ यत्र तुष्यति।।2.2.46।।शान्तै स्सर्वप्रजाकान्तैः प्रीतिसञ्जननैर्नृणाम्।गुणैर्विरुरुचे रामो दीप्त स्सूर्य इवांशुभिः।।2.2.47।।
yunakty arthaiḥ prahṛṣṭaś ca tam asau yatra tuṣyati | śāntaiḥ sarvaprajākāntaiḥ prītisañjananair nṛṇām | guṇair viruruce rāmo dīptaḥ sūrya ivāṃśubhiḥ || 2.2.46-47 ||
Kapag siya’y nalulugod, ang Ramang iyon ay masayang nagkakaloob ng kayamanan; at sa kanyang mapayapang mga katangian—minamahal ng lahat ng nasasakupan at nagdudulot ng galak sa mga tao—si Rāma’y nagniningning, gaya ng maningning na araw sa kanyang mga sinag.
