Puṣkara Mahatmya: Brahmā’s Lotus-Tīrtha, Sacrifice, Initiation, and Kṣetra-Dharma

अहं यत्र समुत्पन्नः पद्मं तद्विष्णुनाभिजम् । पुष्करं प्रोच्यते तीर्थमृषिभिर्वेदपाठकैः

ahaṃ yatra samutpannaḥ padmaṃ tadviṣṇunābhijam | puṣkaraṃ procyate tīrthamṛṣibhirvedapāṭhakaiḥ

Ang pook na aking pinagmulan—yaong lotus na sumibol mula sa pusod ni Viṣṇu—ay ipinahahayag ng mga ṛṣi na bumibigkas ng Veda bilang ang banal na tīrtha na tinatawag na Puṣkara.
