दापयिष्यति यः पिंडं तटेऽस्मिन्नंबुधेः शुभे । कुसैकविंशमुद्धृत्य शक्रलोकं गमिष्यति ॥ १०१ ॥
dāpayiṣyati yaḥ piṃḍaṃ taṭe'sminnaṃbudheḥ śubhe | kusaikaviṃśamuddhṛtya śakralokaṃ gamiṣyati || 101 ||
Sinumang magpapagkaloob ng piṇḍa (handog na bilog na kanin para sa mga ninuno) sa mapalad na pampang na ito ng dagat, matapos iangat ang dalawampu’t isang talim ng kuśa, ay makararating sa daigdig ni Śakra (Indra).

Though primarily a śrāddha/tirtha-ritual verse, it supports bhakti through reverent service to dharma—honoring ancestors and sacred places as offerings made in a spirit of faith (śraddhā) and duty, which Purāṇas frame as devotional conduct aligned with divine order.
