The Account of Kāṣṭhīlā (Kāṣṭhīlā-ākhyāna) within the Mohinī Narrative

अनूढां रुदतीं भद्रे भार्यार्थं समुपानयत् । इतीरितमुपाकर्ण्य वचनं राजकन्यया ॥ ९६ ॥

anūḍhāṃ rudatīṃ bhadre bhāryārthaṃ samupānayat | itīritamupākarṇya vacanaṃ rājakanyayā || 96 ||

“O marangal na ginang, dalhin dito ang dalagang hindi pa naipapakasal, na umiiyak pa, upang siya’y kuning asawa.” Nang marinig ang mga salitang ito na binigkas ng anak ng hari, siya’y nakinig nang taimtim.
