Mohinī-ākhyāna: The Trial of Ekādaśī and the King’s Satya-saṅkalpa

Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that divine truth (satya) is unbreakable: even if cosmic or earthly powers change, the Lord’s truthful vow never becomes futile, giving the devotee firm assurance.
Bhakti rests on trust (śraddhā) in the Lord’s protection and grace; this verse strengthens that trust by declaring His promise unfailing, encouraging steady devotion despite changing circumstances.
It implicitly supports Vyākaraṇa-based precision in meaning—distinguishing pratijñā (solemn vow) from ordinary speech—and reinforces dharmic discipline of satya (truthfulness) as a practical vow-ethic.
