शिशूनां वलिगात्राणां न युक्तं समुपोषणम् । यज्ञभोगोद्यतानां च संग्रामक्षितिसेविनाम् ॥ ७६ ॥
śiśūnāṃ valigātrāṇāṃ na yuktaṃ samupoṣaṇam | yajñabhogodyatānāṃ ca saṃgrāmakṣitisevinām || 76 ||
Ang mahigpit na pag-aayuno ay hindi angkop para sa mga sanggol, sa mga mahina at payat ang katawan, sa mga abala sa pagtanggap ng bahagi ng handog sa yajña, at sa mga naglilingkod sa digmaan at sa pagtatanggol ng kaharian.
