FAQs

It establishes ṛṣi-vākya (the sages’ words) as uniquely authoritative because it is grounded in the Supreme Lord Viṣṇu, guiding seekers toward dharma and liberation.

By linking true teaching to Viṣṇu, it implies that genuine bhakti is learned through saintly instruction—hearing and following sages whose speech is aligned with the Supreme.

It highlights pramāṇa and correct transmission (śāstra-paramparā): reliable knowledge comes through properly preserved teachings of rishis, a foundation for disciplines like Vyākaraṇa (accurate wording) and Kalpa (proper ritual procedure).
