The Greatness of the Gaṅgā (Gaṅgā-māhātmya): Saudāsa/Kalmāṣapāda’s Curse and Release
भूयः समास्थाय स सूदवषं पक्त्वामिषं मानुपमस्य वादात् । स्थितश्च राजापि हरि यपात्रे धृत्वा गुरोरागमनं प्रतीक्षन् ॥ २१ ॥
bhūyaḥ samāsthāya sa sūdavaṣaṃ paktvāmiṣaṃ mānupamasya vādāt | sthitaśca rājāpi hari yapātre dhṛtvā gurorāgamanaṃ pratīkṣan || 21 ||
Pagkaraan, muli siyang sumunod dahil sa pamimilit ng kusinero at nagluto ng karne. At ang hari naman ay nakatayo, naghihintay sa pagdating ng guru, tangan ang handog sa sisidlang ginagamit sa paghahain ng pagkain.
