The Greatness of the Gaṅgā (Gaṅgā-māhātmya): Saudāsa/Kalmāṣapāda’s Curse and Release
श्रुणुयुस्ते पुराणानि प्राहुरित्थं पुराविदः । अहं तु गौतममुनेः सर्वज्ञाद्ब्रह्यवादिनः ॥ ४ ॥
śruṇuyuste purāṇāni prāhuritthaṃ purāvidaḥ | ahaṃ tu gautamamuneḥ sarvajñādbrahyavādinaḥ || 4 ||
Sinabi ng mga nakaaalam ng Purāṇa na sa ganitong paraan nila pakikinggan ang iyong mga Purāṇa. Ngunit ako’y tumanggap nito mula sa pantas na si Gautama, ang lubos na nakaaalam at tagapagsalita ng Brahman.
