गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
अहो धनमदान्धस्तु पश्यन्नपि न पश्यति । यदि पश्यत्यात्महितं स पश्यति न संशयः ॥ १०९ ॥
aho dhanamadāndhastu paśyannapi na paśyati | yadi paśyatyātmahitaṃ sa paśyati na saṃśayaḥ || 109 ||
Ay! Ang nabulag sa pagmamataas ng yaman ay tumitingin man ay hindi tunay na nakakakita. Ngunit ang nakakakita ng kapakinabangan para sa Sarili—siya lamang ang tunay na nakakakita, walang alinlangan.
