संध्यासन्ध्यांशयुक्तानि युगानि सदृशानि वै । कालतो वेदितव्यानि इत्युक्तं तत्त्वादर्शिभिः ॥ ५ ॥
saṃdhyāsandhyāṃśayuktāni yugāni sadṛśāni vai | kālato veditavyāni ityuktaṃ tattvādarśibhiḥ || 5 ||
Ang mga Yuga ay tunay na magkakatulad sa ayos, sapagkat may kalakip na saṃdhyā (takipsilim) at saṃdhyāṃśa (bahaging takipsilim). Dapat silang maunawaan ayon sa sukat ng panahon—gaya ng ipinahayag ng mga nakakakita ng katotohanan.
