Hari-nāma Mahimā and Caraṇāmṛta: The Redemption of the Hunter Gulika

यो वा को वापि विप्रेन्द्र विप्रद्वेषपरायणः । समर्चयति गोविंदं तत्पूजा विफला भवेत् ॥ ६ ॥
yo vā ko vāpi viprendra vipradveṣaparāyaṇaḥ | samarcayati goviṃdaṃ tatpūjā viphalā bhavet || 6 ||
O pinakamainam sa mga brāhmaṇa, sinuman na nakatuon sa pagkapoot sa mga brāhmaṇa, kahit pa sambahin niya si Govinda nang may dakilang paggalang, ang pagsambang iyon ay nagiging walang bunga.

The verse teaches that devotion is not merely ritual performance; inner disposition and dharmic conduct matter. Hatred toward brāhmaṇas is treated as a serious aparādha that nullifies the spiritual fruit of Govinda-worship.
