Dhvajāropaṇa and Dhvajāgopaṇa: Procedure, Stotra, and Phala (Merit) of Raising Viṣṇu’s Flag
ततो गोचर्ममात्रघं तु स्थण्डिलं चोपलिप्य वै । आधायान्गिं स्वगृह्योत्त्या ह्याज्यभागादिकं क्रमात् ॥ १३ ॥
tato gocarmamātraghaṃ tu sthaṇḍilaṃ copalipya vai | ādhāyāngiṃ svagṛhyottyā hyājyabhāgādikaṃ kramāt || 13 ||
Pagkatapos, matapos pahiran at ayusin ang sthaṇḍila (lupang pang-ritwal) na kasinlaki ng balat ng baka, itatag ang banal na apoy ayon sa tagubilin ng sariling tradisyong Gṛhya; saka isagawa nang sunod-sunod ang mga handog ng ghee at iba pang itinakdang bahagi.
