Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā
क्लीबे तदूशनाद्वापि चंद्रार्कांशसमं जनुः । स्वांशे पापाः परांशस्थाः सौम्यालग्नं वियोनिजम् ॥ ३२ ॥
klībe tadūśanādvāpi caṃdrārkāṃśasamaṃ januḥ | svāṃśe pāpāḥ parāṃśasthāḥ saumyālagnaṃ viyonijam || 32 ||
Para sa taong may kalikasang klība (neuter/impotente), sinasabi na ang kapanganakan ay nagaganap kapag magkapantay ang mga aṁśa ng Buwan at Araw. Kung ang mga mapaminsalang graha ay nasa sariling bahagi, samantalang ang mga mapagpala ay napupunta sa bahagi ng iba, at kung ang lagna ay pinamumunuan ng mapagpalang graha, ang kapanganakan ay tinatawag na “viyonija” (hindi mula sa sinapupunan).
