मेषेऽर्के भूमिपासेंदौ एषे षांग्रेर्कपपासृजः । सिंहकुंभमृगस्थाश्चेद्भूपः सारेतनावजे ॥ १७५ ॥

Kapag ang Araw ay nasa Mesha (Aries) at ang Buwan ay kasama ng mga planetang may dangal na panghari; at kapag ang mga kaugnay na palatandaan ay nasa Mesha at gayundin ay nasa Simha (Leo), Kumbha (Aquarius), o Makara (Capricorn)—ang tao’y nagiging hari, puspos ng lakas at may hukbong mainam.
