Ritual is linked to collective welfare: invoking Varuṇa (waters, order, moral oversight) is presented as supporting the nourishment and stability of the realm.
Dharma/ācāra embedded in narrative; while Varuṇa is a cosmological deity, the verse itself is not a sarga/pratisarga passage.
Entering water to invoke Varuṇa suggests purification and alignment with cosmic order; 'puṣṭi' indicates that inner order (ṛta) is mirrored as outer prosperity.
