विसर्जयामास तदा द्विजांश्व॒ प्रकृतीस्तथा । तथा स राजा मत्स्यानां विराटो वाहिनीपति:
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
visarjayāmāsa tadā dvijān sva-prakṛtīs tathā |
tathā sa rājā matsyānāṁ virāṭo vāhinīpatiḥ ||
Wika ni Vaiśampāyana: “Pagkaraan, si Haring Virāṭa, pinunò ng hukbo ng Matsya, ay pinauwi ang mga brāhmaṇa at ang mga tao. Pagkatapos ay pumasok siya sa loob at nagtanong tungkol kay Uttara: ‘Saan nagtungo si Prinsipe Uttara?’ At ang mga babae at dalaga sa palasyo ay nagsalaysay sa kanya ng lahat ng naganap.”
