Lokapāla-samāgamaḥ—Arjuna Receives Astras from the World-Guardians
Book 3, Chapter 42
Righteous deeds (sukṛta) lead to fitting results: the meritorious attain and remain in appropriate heavenly stations, emphasizing moral causality and the ordered distribution of rewards.
A character (addressed as Pārtha) questions Mātali with warmth; Mātali answers by identifying certain beings as meritorious and explaining that they are established in their respective celestial abodes.
