कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
इति संचिन्त्य वै देवा: परां तुष्टिमवाप्रुवन् । यह सुनकर उन देवताओंने कहा--'प्रभो! आपका कथन सत्य है। अवश्य ही वे दैत्य मारे गये। शक्तिशाली भगवान् जो कुछ कह रहे हैं, वह वचन मिथ्या नहीं हो सकता” यह सोचकर देवताओंको बड़ा संतोष हुआ
iti sañcintya vai devāḥ parāṃ tuṣṭim avāpruvan |
Sa pagninilay nang gayon, nakamit ng mga diyos ang sukdulang kasiyahan. Nang marinig nila ang katiyakan ng Panginoon, napagpasyahan nilang tunay ngang napatay na ang mga Daitya; sapagkat ang mga salitang binigkas ng makapangyarihang Bhagavān ay hindi maaaring maging kasinungalingan. Ang paniniwalang iyon ang naghatid sa kanila ng malalim na kapanatagan at ginhawa.
