दिवि सूर्यसहस्रस्य भवेद् युगपदुत्थिता । यदि भा: सदृशी सा स्याद् भासस्तस्य महात्मन:
divi sūrya-sahasrasya bhaved yugapad utthitā | yadi bhāḥ sadṛśī sā syād bhāsas tasya mahātmanaḥ ||
Sinabi ni Sanjaya: Kung sa kalangitan ay sumikat nang sabay-sabay ang liwanag ng isang libong araw, kahit iyon ay marahil bahagya lamang na makakahawig sa ningning ng pangkalahatang anyo ng dakilang Panginoon. Ipinapahiwatig ng talatang ito ang pagkamangha at paggalang na may bigat na moral na idinudulot ng banal na paghahayag sa gitna ng krisis ng digmaan, kung saan ang paghatol ng tao ay napapailalim sa mas mataas na kaayusang kosmiko.
