(अभवत्् परमप्रीतो ज्ञात्वा पार्थस्य विक्रमम् ।) न किंचिदुक्त्वा सक्रोध आरुरोह रथं पुन: । महामना अर्जुनका यह वचन सुनकर उनके पराक्रमको जानते हुए भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण मन-ही-मन अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए और ऊपरसे कुछ भी न बोलकर पुनः क्रोधपूर्वक ही रथपर जा बैठे
abhavat paramaprīto jñātvā pārthasya vikramam | na kiñcid uktvā sa-krodha ārurōha rathaṃ punaḥ |
Wika ni Sañjaya: Nang malaman ang lakas at giting ni Partha, si Krishna ay lubhang nalugod sa kalooban. Ngunit wala siyang sinabi nang malakas; muli siyang sumakay sa karwahe, at sa panlabas ay tila nananatili ang tindi ng galit—galit na nakatuon sa krisis ng dharma sa larangan ng digmaan, hindi kay Arjuna.
