Shloka 39

सुप्रसाद: प्रसन्नात्मा विश्वधृग विश्वभुग्‌ विभु: । सत्कर्ता सत्कृत: साधुर्जह्लुनरायणो नर:

suprasādaḥ prasannātmā viśvadhṛg viśvabhug vibhuḥ | satkartā satkṛtaḥ sādhur jahlur nārāyaṇo naraḥ ||

Wika ni Bhīṣma: Siya ang lubhang mapagpala at laging payapa ang diwa; Siya ang sumasalo sa buong daigdig at nagtataguyod dito, ang sumasaklaw sa lahat at ang kataas-taasang Panginoon. Pinararangalan Niya ang Kanyang mga deboto, at Siya man ay pinararangalan kahit ng pinakamararangal; tinutupad Niya ang layon ng mga matuwid, iniuuwi ang mga nilalang sa oras ng pagkalusaw, nagpapahinga sa mga tubig na kosmiko bilang Nārāyaṇa, at bilang Nara ay inaakay ang mga deboto tungo sa pinakamataas na tahanan.
