अनेकमुख्यं हि परस्परभयात्परोपजापं नोपैति ॥ कZ_०२.४.३० ॥
Transliteration
anekamukhyaṃ hi parasparabhayāt paropajāpaṃ nopaiti
Translation
Ang isang pangkat na maraming pinuno ay hindi madaling mahulog sa udyok ng iba, sapagkat ang mga kasapi nito ay nagkakatakutan sa isa’t isa.
