Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

O kaya, ang mga hindi pinahihintulutang makagalaw nang malaya (mga taong may restriksiyon) ay dapat uminom lamang sa mga bahay-inuman ng estado.
