समन्ततः शत्रुभ्यो भयोत्पत्तिः समन्त्तोऽनर्थापद्भवति ॥ कZ_०९.७.२६ ॥
Transliteration
samantataḥ śatrubhyo bhayotpattiḥ samantato 'narthāpad bhavati
Translation
Kung ang takot ay lumitaw mula sa mga kaaway sa lahat ng panig, kung gayon sa lahat ng panig ay lilitaw ang isang “krisis ng kapinsalaan”.
