दश जप्त्वा मन्त्रमिदं नमस्कुर्यात्तदौषधं त्वामुद्धराम्यूर्ध्वनेत्रामनेनैव च भक्षयेत्
daśa japtvā mantramidaṃ namaskuryāttadauṣadhaṃ tvāmuddharāmyūrdhvanetrāmanenaiva ca bhakṣayet
