Pañcāṅga-Rudra-vidhāna

The Fivefold Rudra Rite

मनोद्वयोरुमैका स्याद्रुद्रो रुद्राश् च देवताः आद्योनुवाको ऽथ पूर्व एकरुद्राख्यदैवतः

manodvayorumaikā syādrudro rudrāś ca devatāḥ ādyonuvāko 'tha pūrva ekarudrākhyadaivataḥ

Para sa pangkat ng mantra na tinatawag na ‘dalawang Manas’, si Umā lamang ang dapat tanggapin bilang namumunong diyos; (sa kasunod na bahagi) si Rudra at ang mga Rudra ang mga diyos. Gayunman, ang unang Anuvāka ay may namumunong diyos na tinatawag na ‘Eka-Rudra’ (ang iisang Rudra).
