वटे च जीर्णप्राकारे खास्यहृत्कक्षजत्रुणि तालौ शङ्खे गले मूर्ध्नि चिवुके नाभिपादयोः

vaṭe ca jīrṇaprākāre khāsyahṛtkakṣajatruṇi tālau śaṅkhe gale mūrdhni civuke nābhipādayoḥ

Gayundin, (ang pagdurusa) ay nasa vaṭa (singit/sa pagitan ng hita) at sa lumang peklat; sa bibig at lalamunan, sa bahagi ng puso, sa kilikili at sa butong kuwelyo; sa ngalangala, sa mga sentido, sa leeg, sa ulo, sa baba, at sa pusod at mga paa.
